About Dolce Vita
Dolce Vita combines practical travel advice with stories about the people, places and produce of Italy. Every article sets out to answer a question that genuinely comes up before or during a trip.
How we work
We begin with three regions, Tuscany, Lake Garda and the Amalfi Coast, and bring together trip planning, places to stay, food and experiences there. New regions are added once we have enough substance for them.
We back up facts such as designations of origin, seasons or transport connections with sources, preferably official pages of municipalities, consortia, transport operators and providers. The sources are listed below every article. Prices, opening hours and timetables change: please check these details with the provider before you travel.
No invented experiences
We do not publish invented tests, reviews or travel reports. Where we recommend something, we say why and on what basis.
Places and advertising
The places in the magazine are selected by the editors. At launch, none of them is paid for. We clearly label paid content, such as a sponsored article or a commissioned venue profile, as an advertisement. How businesses can become visible on Dolce Vita is explained on the page Advertise on Dolce Vita.
Languages
Dolce Vita is published in English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, Russian and Arabic. The articles have the same content in every language; sources and verification dates apply to all editions.
Images
The images are AI-generated illustrative images. They show typical scenes of a region or a topic, never a specific house and no real people. As soon as partners provide their own photos, we will label them with a photo credit.
Who is behind it
Dolce Vita is published by NexTao GmbH in Düsseldorf and belongs to a family of independent titles listed in the Online Media Network. We welcome corrections, tips and suggestions through the contact page.
