Privacy policy
dolce-vita.com sets no cookies, loads nothing from third-party servers and uses no third-party analytics services. What you do on the site stays in your browser.
Visitor count
The only exception to what this page otherwise says about outside services: every page loads a small counting script from analytics.axaix.app, the network's own statistics server. It is hosted in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and the data is not passed on to third parties.
The script sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It records the page viewed, the page the visit came from, screen width and language, the broad device type, browser and operating system, and clicks on downloads and on links to other websites. Your IP address is used only briefly to determine country and city and to form a daily hash, then discarded and never stored. The hash changes every day, so a visitor cannot be recognised from one day to the next. Raw data is deleted after twelve months. If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, the visit is not counted.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the reach of these pages with as little data as possible (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Visiting the website
When you open a page, the hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd.) stores the request in a server log: address of the page, time, browser identifier and your IP address. The log serves the secure operation of the website and is deleted after 14 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a stable and secure service (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Fonts, images and videos
All fonts, images and videos are delivered from this domain. No content delivery network, no font service and no video platform is involved.
Tools in the browser
The saved list, search, region test, when-to-go planner and accommodation finder run entirely in your browser. Your choices are kept in your browser's local storage, never on our server, and can be deleted at any time in the tools or through your browser settings.
Contact form, enquiry form and newsletter
Whatever you send through the contact form, the enquiry form for businesses or the newsletter sign-up is delivered to us as an email and answered by email. We do not keep a database of submissions. To keep out automated spam, the form checks the origin of the request and the frequency per address; requests identified as spam are logged with address and a text excerpt for 30 days. The legal basis is the handling of your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in usable forms (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with an informal email.
