3 regions

Regions

We begin with three regions and explore them thoroughly: trip planning, places to stay, food and experiences interlock there. More will follow once we have enough to say.

Tuscany

Between Florence and Monte Amiata lies a landscape shaped by people over the centuries, with Renaissance cities, wine estates and hill villages. If you want to enjoy it at an unhurried pace, limit yourself to a few bases and leave the car parked in the cities.

Lake Garda

Lake Garda joins three regions and very different landscapes: steep rocky shores and reliable wind in the north, broad moraine hills with Lugana and Bardolino in the south. Choose the right shore and you can combine sailing, hiking, olive oil and wine in a single trip.

Amalfi Coast

The Amalfi Coast is a narrow strip between the Monti Lattari and the Gulf of Salerno, where towns, gardens and stairways rise one above the other. If you want to experience it without rushing, travel by bus and ferry, choose your base with care and, ideally, leave the car behind.
